Fusion and Bedford Borough Council are hosting a community fun day, today, Sunday 29th September. Activities include Emergency services demos, customer competitions, football coaching, cooking activities, health MOTs, sports massages and nutritional activities. It starts at 9am at Oasis Beach Pool and runs till 4.30 at John Bunyan Centre – see the flyer attached .

I visited the Bedford Triathlon this morning. Part of the bike route went through Kingsbrook and it was an early rise for the athletes to complete their swim, bike and run. Well done to Bedford Harriers for organising and putting on this event.
