I met Antigua, from MIND yesterday (Monday) – they are running a Mental Health Hub, no appointment or referral is required and it is for teenagers aged 14 to 17 years of age. 

The sanctuary is open from 4pm to 10pm, 365 days of the year @ 5-7 Rush Court, Grove Place, Bedford – you can just drop in or email youngpersonssanctuary@mind-blmk.org for further information.
